Organization of Anonymous Contributors (OAC), doing business as Vietnamese American Care (VAC), is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation based in Santa Clara County. We are dedicated to strengthening communities by supporting seniors, families, and vulnerable individuals through compassion, connection, and service.
Founded to address social isolation, access barriers, and unmet community needs, OAC/VAC works directly with community members to provide culturally responsive programs that promote dignity, well-being, and belonging.

Our Story
Vietnamese American Care (VAC) began as a grassroots effort to support Vietnamese seniors and families facing isolation and barriers to essential services. As community needs grew, the organization expanded its programs and reach.
To strengthen governance, transparency, and long-term sustainability, the organization formally incorporated as Organization of Anonymous Contributors (OAC), a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. Today, OAC operates under the registered DBA Vietnamese American Care (VAC)—honoring its roots while building the capacity to serve a broader community with integrity, compassion, and impact.

Queenie brings strategic leadership, grassroots organizing experience, and deep community relationships to support seniors, families, and vulnerable individuals through compassionate and impactful programs.

Accounting and Finance professional whose passion for community service drives her to use her skills to support nonprofits, empower disadvantaged individuals, and create meaningful impact through compassion, integrity, and lifelong learning.

Veteran software engineer with over 25 years of experience who combines his technical expertise and compassionate spirit to serve the community—teaching CERT classes, supporting local organizations, and developing innovative solutions to improve the lives of seniors.

Hao brings a diverse background in engineering, healthcare, and early childhood education to support seniors, veterans, and vulnerable individuals through compassion, service, and lifelong learning.
